Both adults and kids must wear socks at all times at the Kidzplore for health and safety reasons. Socks are available for purchase at the reception.
Shoes, jewelleries, badges, hair clips and other sharp objects MUST be removed before using the facilities.
Clothes with ropes and cords should NOT be worn in the play areas.
Children must play in the age appropriate play structure/areas at all times. Toddlers’ area is for children 4 years old and under Only.
In the interests of public health and safety, Children who are injured, sick or nauseous are not permitted to use the play facilities.
Baby nappy change tables are in the female toilet and also in the disable toilet at the back corridor. Please let our friendly staff know if you need any assist.
The duration of casual play is unlimited during off-peak times when supervised by a parent/guardian (except children using the ‘Drop-in and Take a Break’ service). However, play is restricted to 2 hours during peak times, for exceptions to this please speak to a staff member.
Food and Consumption
Kidzplore offers nuts free, healthy food and party meals.
Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are prohibited at all times.
Outside food or drinks are NOT allowed in the Kidzplore for health and safety reasons.
Strictly NO food in the play structures and play areas.
Children must be supervised by accompanying adult at all times (except children using the ‘Drop-in and Take a Break’ service).
Only guardians over 18 years may supervise children.
Kidzplore has CCTV cameras in help monitoring the place. You agree to being recorded by our cameras while you are at the Kidzplore.
However, monitoring your child through these cameras is not the same as actively supervising them.
No running, abusive or rough play in the place.
Parents & Guardians know their children’s capabilities best, so they should ensure an appropriate level of supervision to reflect this. For the safety of other children, Kidzplore reserves the right to remove unruly children from the place.
Children must go down the slides feet first. Under no circumstances should children attempt to climb back up the slides, and no jump or push from the top of the slides.
You must follow the directions of staff at all times.
You must follow the all safety direction for instructions we give you, and you must use the equipment safely & in the way it is intended to be used.
Report all accidents and any behavioural concerns to a staff member, to ensure that we can provide any necessary assistance and minimise the potential of re-occurence. These will be logged and plays an important part of our ongoing commitment to providing a safe play environment.
Although we take the utmost care to supply a safe and secure environment for all children to play, the ultimate responsibility for those children remains that of their parents or guardian. Staff members are trained but provide general supervision only. You must actively supervise your children at all times (except children using the ‘Drop-in and Take a Break’ service).
Kidzplore does not accept any responsibility to any person or property or the death of or injury suffered to any person whilst at the Kidzplore premises, or attending playgroups, sessions or classes. You and your children use the premises at your own risk.
Kidzplore does not accept any responsibility for any lost or stolen articles. These are your own responsibility.
Persons entering the premises agree to indemnify Kidzplore against any loss or liability, cost, expense or damage arising from or in relation to the entry by the person.
The parent/guardian indemnifies Kidszplore, its officers and employees, against any loss or liability, cost, expense or damage arising from or in relation to the entry of any child/children in their care.
Kidzplore reserves the right to amend the rules herein at any time without any prior notice.
